4:30 - snack: protein shake (vega, almond milk, cocoa, pumpkin, ice)

8:30 - dinner: 1/2 cup spaghetti squash with 1/2 cup red sauce, salad w/ pepperoni, black olives, banana peppers, feta, and olive oil & balsamic italian dressing.

GRRRRRRRRREAT Job! I did too. Did resistance yesterday morning and went on a nice brisk walk with Jarod last night. Slept through, or turned off, my alarm for cardio this morning. BOO :( Eating is 90% of the battle for me too though. I have stuck to it so far. Yahooo.... HERE's TO A GREAT DAY of victory over food bondage! Love you
